Oval religious medal, scapular type, with the image of the Virgin of Guadalupe from Mexico in relief on one side and on the other a relief engraving in Latin "Non fecit taliter omni nationi", which means "He did nothing like that with any other nation", is the phrase that Pope Benedict XIV expressed and authorized in 1754 so that it could be placed next to Our Lady of Guadalupe of Mexico.
