White gold pendant with one topaz and diamonds

Pendant made in 18-carat white gold (750 / ooo thousandths):

The lower stone is a square thin blue topaz that is crimped on a base of four staples, protecting the margins of the corners of the stone at ninety degree angles of the staple itself. The upper part of the pendant is set with brilliant cut diamonds and, to provide it with greater attractiveness and eye-catching, it incorporates diamond inlays both on the sides and on the same staples. This special arrangement of the diamonds in the jewel causes even more power to highlight the electric color of the fine blue sapphire, which represents an innovation within a sober and remarkably different piece. It has a final weight of 7'70 grams of gold (0'2716 ounces) and a rhodium finish.
